Fueled by the growth in her own life, Megan started helping other women find the same freedom in their own lives. She helped start the Recovery program at her church 10 years ago, utilizing tools like The Voice of the Heart Bible Study authored by Jeff Schulte and Phil Herndon, a Bible Study/workbook that guides participants through a Biblically based journey from their head to their heart.
Megan walks those she guides into a deeper walk of faith, especially when life does not offer us the answers we want or think we need. We were not made to walk alone, and the real change we desire only happens in the context of intimate/vulnerable relationships. From the years of working in the recovery community, Megan is passionate about helping women find freedom through faith from their hurts, habits, and hang-ups.
Megan, a widow after 21 years of marriage, lives with her four sons in Southwest Florida. They enjoy being together as a family and long walks on the beach.
In 2008, through his own brokenness, hiding, codependency, and unhealthy relationships, Anthony realized his life had become unmanageable. He first turned to the secular world of self-help, but through a series of divine providences, God began to bring healthy men from local churches into his life who invited him into Recovery and helped Anthony see himself rightly. Through Recovery, Anthony was led into a loving relationship with Jesus Christ in 2010.
In 2012, Anthony’s recovery journey led him to Nashville, Tennessee, where he had the fortune of sitting under the care of Chip Dodd and Phil Herndon. Through this transformative experience, Anthony is a living testimony to the power of the Gospel, the Spiritual Root System and the 12 Steps.
Anthony lives in Fort Myers, Florida with his wife Stephanie and their three children. A retired classroom teacher of 17 years, he and Stephanie have grown a successful resale business over the past eight years which allows them the freedom to enjoy and pursue family adventures locally and across the country. Anthony is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and music connoisseur.

Matt enjoys coaching men who are looking for encouragement and longing to discover what they were made to be and do. He has discipled adolescents and adults and loves to engage in significant conversations about life, God, and His scripture.
Matt was an Area Director with Young Life for 22 years and understands the demands and challenges of ministry. The loneliness, and effort of ministry has forced him to reach out for connection and cling to Jesus with his whole heart.
Matt loves adventure and outdoors, sports, moving water of all kinds, house projects, reading fiction, and time with friends and family. His wife of 20 years, Randi Lea, and their three kids live a full life in Murfreesboro, TN.
Sarah received a bachelor’s degree in education from Iowa State University where she worked in college ministry and met her husband, Joel. For 8 years, Sarah’s focus shifted to being a mother to their young children and wife to her pastor-husband as they moved to different cities to help plant and serve churches. Amidst painful ministry circumstances and postpartum struggles, Tin Man was recommended to them. From that, Sarah experienced firsthand the impact of being coached through Tin Man. That now propels her to coach others.
Sarah can be found decorating her home, enjoying the beaches of sunny Florida, or having a dance party in the kitchen with her husband, Joel and their three children, Kella, Judson, and Karis.

Todd has been married to Jennifer of 10 years and they have 2 beautiful children, Tennysen and Cedar.
Carla attended James Madison University and received her MA and EdS in Community Counseling. She and her husband, Paul, have their own story of learning how to be a couple, struggling as new parents of two children, feeling distance in their relationship and almost separating. Carla knows personally the pain of growing up with divorced parents, the impact of childhood trauma, the struggle of fitting in, the pain of living with someone with addiction, and the weight of having a parent with a life-threatening illness. And through all this life that showed up, she also knows the beauty of recovery, the sweetness in the moments we pay attention to more closely, the joy in pursuing relationship with intention, and the power of gratitude and mindfulness.

From her earliest days of following Christ, Kimberly had women guiding her who also encouraged her to do the same with others. Wisdom became a treasure to be gained and given away in a context of trusted relationships. Whether on a college campus, in a corporate office, among seminary couples, or alongside her husband in pastoral ministry, walking with women as a follower and as a coach has been a way of life and deep passion. She resonates with the challenges and opportunities inherent in the ever-changing seasons of life.
Kimberly offers experienced coaching to women in the throes of marital strain, spousal addiction, parental challenges, health issues, loss and spiritual weariness with grace and truth. She is passionate about helping women discover their unique strategies for coping with brokenness, within and without, by thinking deeply about their Story. Telling the truth about our story, exploring the“Voice of the Heart” and discovering the Love of God in the pages of Scripture, grant each of us the unique opportunity to experience growth, healing and rest for the soul.
Art and music, being in God’s creation, hiking, and spending time with her husband, 4 adult children, their spouses and her grandchildren are a sampling of Kimberly’s favorite things.

Roy Roper, a husband and father of four, graduated with a BFA from WashU, and started wideyedesign a decade into his 30-year career as a graphic designer. When he finally hit a wall in his efforts to keep life and marriage working, he started a journey into multiple 12-step recovery programs (SA, Al-Anon, & ACA in particular) that not only saved their marriage, but led to a spiritual renewal well beyond mere sobriety.
Through his healing journey, Roy continued to integrate recovery principles and emotional connectedness with his church community. Early into serving as an elder in his church, he helped establish a recovery ministry at his church in Nashville, where he has both led groups and written curriculum. He then began doing premarital counseling as a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, and now feels at home with Tin Man, working as a professional recovery and relationship coach (in conjunction with Nashville’s Center for Relational Healing).
Growing up in the church as a worship leader and marrying his high school sweetheart, Chris learned how to say the right things and make people like him. In college, he quietly and shamefully deconstructed his entire belief system, leading to a secret life of drugs and alcohol that ultimately led to him divorcing his wife.
However, his life of freedom ended up enslaving him. He realized the hard way that manufacturing happiness and living a dream life still weren’t enough. Codependency and isolation finally caught up to him. This dark night of the soul brought him to a radical encounter with God that changed everything. It started Chris on a path to healing that led to the restoration of his life, faith, and (eventually) his marriage.
Today, he and his wife share a full-time music ministry of hope traveling the country, telling their story and sharing the music and wisdom that comes from their ever-unfolding journey of redemption. For Chris, Tin Man is simply an extension and a deeper commitment to what he has been doing in ministry for the last 10 years. His story of recovery and his ministry experience are the deep well Chris draws from to guide clients out of brokenness and detachment toward a life of connection, authenticity, and restoration.
If he’s not coaching or on tour, you’ll usually find Chris at home with his kids, Asher and Norah, or on a date night with Steph (whom he affectionately calls his “former ex-wife”). He loves making coffee in every way possible, playing chess badly, and wrestling with his puppy, Rosie.
